Form Changes
As the Pokémon games have progressed, many Pokémon have gained forms and in doing so, they need you to get a special item or go to a special location in order to be able to change the form which has changed from previous games. These list the ways to get specific Pokémon forms for the small amount of Pokémon with alternate forms within the games that slightly differ from normal or require specific locations
Floette |

Floette gets a unique form in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. This form was originally introduced in Pokémon X & Y and then became first available in this game, being given it by Taunie/Urbain in the post-game. This form of Floette can also Mega Evolve. Flabébé, Floette and Florges' standard form colouring is determined based on where it is caught. It cannot be changed

Zygarde |

The titular Pokémon of this game, Zygarde makes another return. In this game, you do not need to collect cells in order to compile and change its forms but rather you can catch Zygarde and are given the Zygarde Cube. The Zygarde Cube allows for you to change Zygarde's form between 10% Forme and 50% Forme at will. Then, when Zygarde reaches 50% HP, it will transform in battle into the Complete Forme. Complete Forme Zygarde is then capable of Mega Evolution.

Furfrou |

To get Furfrou's form changes, you need to complete a special side mission, Becoming a Furfrou Trimmer, in Jaune Sector 6. If you complete this mission, then Furfrou will be able to be trimmed. There are two additional missions to complete that will then unlock further styles to obtain.
