With Pokémon Legends Z-A taking place solely in Lumiose City, there are no places you would normally find Pokémon. However, that doesn't mean wild Pokémon cannot be found. As part of Quasartico's plan of urban redevelopment, wild Pokémon have been brought into the city
What Are Wild Zones |

Wild Zones are small areas within the city that are constructed to give Pokémon places to live. There are various different biomes in these Wild Zones and numerous Pokémon can be found within them. The wild Pokémon can be found at any point within the Wild Zone |

Encountering wild Pokémon |

With the wild Pokémon, you can catch them in one of two ways. The first way is to simply through a Poké Ball. From there, the Pokémon could be caught without any issue. However, if spotted, some may flee or hide so that requires some thinking If the Poké Ball doesn't work, you can also battle them to lower their Hit Points and weaken them in order to make the capture easier. |
