In the Bleu District, you will have to find Mega Froslass by Amylis Park. When there, Naveen will be there and be mesmerised by how Froslass looks, but before too long Froslass Mega Evolves

Froslass will use Phantom Force to move out of the way and will use the move Icy Wind to do some strong damage from a distance. Its charge move is Avalanche which unleashes lots of giant icicles throughout the stage. After the first wave breaks, the second wave embeds in the stage allowing Froslass to move again and use Blizzard doing major damage, needing you to hide behind the pillars of ice to protect yourself

Defeat Froslass and a hologram of Jacinthe will appear and is shocked by the development of Rogue Mega Evolution, and say you need to return to the tournament.
