In the Magenta District, you will find Victreebel just off of North Boulevard and Naveen will appear in order to help out.

Victreebel's main moves include Bullet Seed which sends out large seeds at you as well as Power Whip when you or your Pokémon are nearby. Its main special attack is Sludge Bomb which sends out a number of pools of poison which do damage and inflict the Poison status condition.

Defeat Victreebel and you will get the Victreebelite Mega Stone
