While there she explains what happened with the renovation project and how five years ago, Lumiose City was failing and so they started the project to create a city that belonged to both people and Pokémon but as they began work on Prism Tower, it started releasing energy sand Rogue Mega Evolution came to be.

Vinnie then mentions that three more Rogue Mega Evolution Pokémon have begun to appear so Team MZ has a meeting and the group are divided once more
