Operation Protect Lumiose

Description: Throw aside past rivalries and work together to save the city and your friends! You know your destination—now go find Zygarde where it waits for you

With the tower in peril, Taunie/Urbain calls and mentions they're ok as Mega Floette is looking after them. They can't control the tower as it's acting like a Rogue Mega Evolution and it's trying to fire off Mega Floette's moves. They see Zygarde in the Magenta District and think that it's there to help you so uggests going there.

Other Pokémon around start Mega Evolving so it's up to Team MZ to face them. Defeat them and Lida starts a meeting to create a plan. Other trainers from the city start appearing in Holo caster and offer their help to get a path through for you to reach Zygarde.

Get through the paths with the trainers, defeating Rogue Mega Evolved Pokémon along the way until you reach Zygarde

Description: When you reach Zygarde and L will appear and mention that he has gathered 99 of Zygarde's cells and one cell remains. One cell has been following you and jumps in which causes Zygarde to transform into Complete Forme and the battle against Ange begins.

This battle comes in two parts. On the ground, you have to take on two flowers, a Blue one and a red one. They both attack with distance and close attacks requiring you to protect yourself and attack. They have no weaknesses. Periodically, the Light of Ruin from Ange will come through and attack you, and you need to get under Complete Forme Zygarde for protection. If you defeat the flowers, this gives Zygarde a chance to unleash its moves, but its Core Enforcer needs time to charge. On the third defeat of the flowers, Core Enforcer is ready and it will unleash on Ange and defeat it

Description: Despite defeating Ange, it soon starts to power up again and unleashes a Light of Ruin. However, the Pebble Zygarde gave you before starts to glow. Squeeze it to turn it into the Zygardite and use it to Mega Evolve Zygarde. With this, you can then target the Light of Ruin and use Mega Zygarde's Nihil Beam move to stop the blast and defeat Ange once and for all.

Ange has been defeated ad Taunie/Urbain emerge from the tower with Floette. AZ celebrates and mentions how the choices we make shape our sorrows

Description: After Lumiose's cleanup operation begins, the story shifts to the cemetery where we learn that AZ has passed and how he must have known it was coming. L laments that he bid farewell to many over his 3000 years but it is time to bid farewell to him. Team MZ then decides to go to the Hotel and you thank AZ for everything.
