Description: A man is wrapped up in Pokémon webbing and dangling from a tree. How did he even end up there? Have your Pokémon use a move to get him down.

In Rogue Sector 5 near the plaza, a man will be seen stuck in some web and hanging from a tree. He asks for your help to come down and that you need to use a powerful move to unleash it. If you use a move with a Base Power of 90 or more, he will come free. It turns out his Spinarak hung him up from the tree when they had a disagreement with him.
