Location: Magenta Sector 3

Description: Apparently there is a Mawile that can never be caught, no matter what kind of Poké Ball you use or how many you throw at it.

In Magenta Sector 3, Réu says that there is a Mawile nearby that cannot be caught, saying he wasted so many Ultra Balls trying. He says if you catch it he will give you some Ultra Balls. Catch the Mawile to surprise him as he leanrns Pokémon only get caught by choice.
