In Magenta Sector 9, a boy, Consei, mentions that his sister has gone missing after following a Litwick and begs for your help as he worries her life force has drained. Follow the Litwick into the Sewers and you will find the girl with the Litwick, but things aren't what it seems at first and you pass out, only to wake up and find multiple Litwick.
