In Magenta Sector 2, you will find a man, Jardin, who has found an ill Fennekin. He suggests that a Revitalizing Twig will be able to restore the Fennekin to full health and suggests you go find them, suggesting you find the herablist in Café Classe for help. Go there and they will say they don't have anything but note they have been seen in Wild Zone 5 but he can't go as there are too many wild Pokémon there. Go to the area and find the Revitalizing Twig near the Alpha Whirlipede and Jardin will suggest the Fennekin go with you.
