Unlock Criteria: After starting Hyperspace Survey in Hyperspace Mission 3

Location: Bleu Sector 4

Description: The requester can't even stand, due to the pain from his bad back. Will the Pokémon move Octolock really make it better? Save this poor fellow from his spinal suffering!

In the underground path in Bleu Sector 4, you will find a man who is hunched over in pain as he threw his back out. He thinks the best way to solve it, one that has been done before, is for a Grapploct to use Octolock on it. Return with one and use the move on him and it will sort his back out. He will thank you for your help
