Unlock Criteria: Location: Bleu Sector 8 Description: An old gentleman has invited you to join what seems to be an event showcasing Budew. Bring a Budew with you to participate. In the Pokémon Center, you will get told of a special Budew show by a man who sees potential in you. He asks for you to take a Budew to Bleu Sector 6 where it can take part in a special contest between all Budew. When you bring your Budew, your Budew will stun the judges and you will end up winning |
