After becoming known as the biggest Canari fan in the quiz, Anguil can be found in Bleu Sector 5 and asks for a battle so he can decide which Eelektrik to evolve into Eelektross to be like Canari's. After defeating him, Mani comes up and explains that Canari didn't evolve the stronged Eelektrik but trained her Eelektross to become the strongest.
