With the new data, you get sent to do more surveying, this time needing 25,000 Points to complete. After completing, you get a call that a new Pokémon is set to Rogue Mega Evolve and to go to it.

Description: When Heatran Mega Evolves, it gets even bulkier and can do significant damage. Its Magma Storm move can unleash severe damage and burns and it will shoot out Flash Cannon towards foes. Its charge attack shoots out balls of magma around the field while having flaming circles around, it will then fire a blast of fire out in a circle damaging everything and setting off the balls of magma

Defeat it and you'll get to catch Heatran, get its Mega Stone and get some Hyperspace Butter for Ansha.
