Unlock Criteria: Agree to help Emma Location: Passage du Palais Description: A Trainer wants a Pikachu she can use a Thunder Stone on. She's offered to trade you her Heracross in exchange. In the Shopping Centre off Rouge Street, you will find a lady, Tracie, who has got an evolution stone. She would like for you to trade a Pikachu to her in exchange for her Heracross. Once you do the trade, she will immediately evolve the Pikachu into Raichu. This Raichu will be seen here in perpertuity.
