Hyper Training |

Hyper Training was introduced in June 2025 and allows for you to use a Gold Bottle Cap in order to improve their IVs permanently. These will then be marked with a symbol and a different colour for the stats. Pokémon need to be a Good Buddy in order to be Hyper Trained. When you use the Gold Bottle Cap on a Pokémon, you can control the target IVs and when decided, you have to complete tasks to reach it. You have 365 days to complete these tasks from when you begin. Hyper Trained Pokémon cannot be sent to Pokémon HOME, but can be sent to Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu & Let's Go, Eevee if they are a Kanto Pokémon. You are also unable to Hyper Train Shadow Pokémon. |

For every IV increased, you have to complete a task with, usually with the Pokémon as your buddy or in various battle teams. These range from catching Pokémon, earning Candy or Winning raids The tasks are the same for all Pokémon for each stat and each IV. |
