Evelyn's High-Subsonic Speed

The Evelyn's High-Subsonic Speed battle is the seventh Ultimate Battle challenge that has you face off against Evelyn's powerful team with a Dragon-type weakness. It requires you to have completed Champion Stadium on Hard to unlock

Themes: Lower each opponent's stats to nullify their damage reduction!
Rule 1: The first time Latios's HP reaches 60% or lower, it endures with that HP.
Rule 2: The opponent gains more damage reduction the more its stats have been raised in total.
Rule 3: When an opponent's Attack, Sp. Atk, or Sp. Def is raised, that opponent's moves and sync moves are powered up.
