After defeating the Rogue Mega Evolutions, you get your next Promotion Match alert that your next challenger is Jacinthe, showing that she is insistent on battling you. You go to the tournament but before you can leave, Lebanne appears and insists you go to the tournament and she has been authorised to get you there under any means necessary and unleashes herself so challenges you to a battle.
