In-Game Trades
Like past Pokémon games, there are numerous Pokémon that you don't get by capturing, but rather by a person kindly giving you the Pokémon. This is often the easiest way to get most of these Pokémon and in some cases, the only way.

Location: Cascarrafa In Cascarrafa, in the middle part by the fountain, you will find a trainer who has caught a Wooper from another region. She will ask for you to give her a Paldean Wooper to get the Johtonian Wooper. This is the only way to get Johtonian Wooper and Quagsire in the game without transfer
