Pokémon TCG Pocket has teased the first events coming to the game. These events include soem unique Promo Cards including an event built around a new Lapras ex card and a Wonder Pick event built around a new Meowth card. The "Sygna Siblings - All Aboard" Story Event has begun a run in Pokémon Masters EX. This event focuses on the story of Ingo & Emmet deciding to enter a Tag Battle tournament against eachother, with Tate & Liza as their battle mates. It runs until November 18th 2024
To tie in with that, a new Poké Fair Scout is available to get the Sync Pair of Ingo (Sygna Suit) & Chandelure

Pokémon TCG Pocket is now launching on the iOS and Google Store, following a month of soft launch in New Zealand. We have been covering this game in full since launch including full details on the first set, Genetic Apex alongside its special missions, Themed Collections and battles, as well as the Promo-A Promos, and our Full Card Dex.
We also have full details on elements such as Missions and Customisation Options in our section, alongside so much more
We're currently compiling all data for every element that is added today as of the global launch so be sure to keep checking back.
New items have been added to the store focusing on Erika and Gardevoir, and Mewtwo in the special Premium area. A special Advance Ticket is also being given from now until January 30th. It is being stated that the purpose of the ticket will be a mystery for now

Following feedback from the GO Bigger event this week, Niantic have put out that some changes will happen to Gigantamax Battles. First, the battles will be slightly reduced in difficulty. Pokémon Masters EX has announced the next event. This event introduces the Sync Pairs of Ingo and Chandelure and Emmet andd Eelektross into the game. It runs from October 31st 2024
Edit @ 06:05: A new update has also gone live for the game. This update adds a new feature called Superawakened which gives a boost if you have Move Level 5 or higher. With this, you can get Superawakening Candy which can be used to unlock these Move Levels which have different effects based on the role.

This version of the game is due for release on December 3rd and brings all parts of the game into one paid package without need for online. With this, it has been confirmed that the special Eevee items, which were added in October 2018, will not be obtainable as standard during gameplay of this full version. While you will be able to bring them over from your save if you obtained them during that event, you will not be able to get them again

Following its reveal yesterday, we now have full details of the Pokémon TCG Pocket experience happening at Outernet in London on November 9th & 10th
During the event, playuers can open packs from Genetic Apex on the giant screens, including finding Immersive Photos
Captain Pikachu will frequently be at the event allowing for pictures with Captain Pikachu and the photos will be displayed on a Digital Wall
There will be hands-on experiences with Pokémon Scarlet & Violet and Legends: Arceus on Nintendo Switch demo units
There will be unique PokéStops and Timed Research on Pokémon GO at the event space, and the recent Gigantamax Trailer will be available to watch on the large screens
There will be a hidden Pikachu ex card in the event space. If you find it and take a picture of it, show to the staff member to get a code to redeem for a Sitting Pikachu plush at Pokémon Center online
The event runs from 10am to 7pm on November 9th and 11:15 to 7pm on November 10th

The newest Poké Ball has been revealed for Pokémon GO. This ball is the GO Safari Ball and is available only in the event, and will disappear after the event is gone.
In the Global event, all players will receive Timed Research which gives some GO Safari Balls when completed, and you can get them in PokéStops. Ticket holders for Fukuoka and Global will also get a Timed Research task every hour to get more GO Safari Balls in their respective event.

The Pokémon Company have revealed the next Japanese Pokémon TCG Starter Set. This is a collection of 9 decks under the title Generations with each generation having a special Deck. This set comes in 9 decks featuring Pikachu ex and Snorlax ex, lugia ex & Tyranitar ex, Kyogre ex & Blaziken ex, Lucario ex & Dialga ex, Reshiram ex & Amoonguss ex, Xerneas ex & Noivern ex, Tapu Koko ex & Mimikyu ex, Alcremie ex & Zacian ex and Koraidon ex & Clodsire ex
The collection contains many new prints of cards including Professor's Research for each Professor from the games

The latest Pokémon Sleep event has been announced. This is the annual Halloween event and it adds Mimikyu into he game. The event runs from October 28th through November 4th in Greengrass Isle
Ghost-type Pokémon will bring you 1 extra ingredient during the event and the chance of their skill being activated will be multiplied by 1.5. Their skill level will also increase by 1
Snorlax will like Bluk Berries
Many Pokémon of different sleep styles will appear during the event
On Halloween and November 3rd, you will get 3* Candy for Sleep Research while on every other day you will get 2
Pikachu (Halloween) and Mimikyu will have a high chance of appearing while Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Shuppet, Banette, Drifloon, Drifblim, and Skeledirge will have a greater chance
There will be two Pikachu (Halloween) costumes. The one from last year and a new one with a purple hat
Mimikyu will appear at Greengrass Isle and Old Gold Power Plant and be a Dozing Pokémon. It has a new ability, Disguise (Berry Burst) which gives a set amount of berries with a chance of Great Success to receive a larger amount.

This competition also gives 10,000 League Points, 1 Gold Bottle Cap and 1 Ability Patch to all players who complete 3 or more battles

Niantic have announced the release of Gigantamax in Pokémon GO. This came in a teaser trailer showing Gigantamax Charizard, Orbeetle, Kingler and Toxtricity, ending with a tease for Gengar. It said that they will come starting in an event on October 26th and 27th which add Gigantamax Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise into the game
Gigantamax Raid Battles allow for you to play with up to 39 additional trainers to defeat the Pokémon and they will have their G-Max Move regardless of the type of their Fast Move

This Pokémon uses its hard tail to make its nest by boring holes into bedrock deep underground. The nest can reach lengths of over six miles. It drives enemies out of its nest by sucking in enough air to fill its long, narrow lungs, then releasing the air in an intense blast. The gentle Dudunsparce will put Pokémon that wander into its nest onto its back and carry them to the entrance. A recent study uncovered that the number of segments a Dudunsparce's body has is determined by the Pokémon's genes.

The latest Mega Evolution focused Raid Day is rolling out in Pokémon GO. For three hours in each region, Mega Mawile will appear in Raids on each Gym in the area, adding Mega Mawile into the game.
With this, you will get up to 5 extra Raid Passes from Gyms and can participate in up to 20 Remote Raid a day. You will also have a higher chance of finding shiny Mawile after completion of the raid
A paid ticket is also available that gives increased experience as well as another 8 additional free Raid Passes from Gyms.
It runs from 2pm to 5pm in your local time.

The Pokémon Company International have been kind enough to offer us the exclusive official reveal of three of the cards in the upcoming set, Scarlet & Violet: Surging Sparks. This set is due out on November 8th 2024.
The first card is the standard card for Zarude featuring artwork by GOSSAN
The second card is the standard card for Zarude featuring artwork by 0313
The third card is the Ultra Rare card of Latias ex featuring artwork by takuyoa

Alolan Geodude, Hisuian Voltorb, Slugma, Volbeat, Illumise, Litwick, Morelull and Tadbulb will appear more with Incense
Hisuian Voltorb, Dedenne Morelull and a new Pokémon will appear in 1 Star Raids
Morelull, Tadbulb and the new Pokémon will appear in Field Resarch

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This is the Halloween Part 1 event and is due to run from October 22nd at 10:00 to October 28th at 10:00 local time and adds Morpeko, Dynamax Gastly and a new Halloween Outfit for Rowlet & Froakie into the game
Gastly will be in 1 Star Max Battles
You will get 2* Catch Candy and increased chance to encounter Shiny Umbreon in raids and Zorua in the wild
Zubat, Spinarak, Murkrow, Misdreavus, Sableye, Absol, Shuppet, Drifloon, Purrloin, Female Frillish, Zorua, Litwick and Greavard will spawn more in the wild
Sneasel, Sableye, Yamask & Galarian Yamask will be in 1 Star Raid Battles
Hisuian Typhlosion, Umbreon and Bombirdier will be in 3 Star Raid Battles
There will be Free Timed Research focused on Spiritomb which gives encounters with Spiritomb and Morpeko
Sableye, Scraggy, Golett, Sandfygast, Morpeko, Nymble, Greavard and Spiritomb will be in Field Research alongside Mega Energy for Gengar, Houndoom, Sableye, Banette & Absol
There will be paid Timed Research that hives 3* Catch Candy and encounters with Froakie in a Halloween costume and Rowlet in a Halloween costume alongside With Hat Pikachu, Spiritomb and Morpeko.
A second paid Timed Research will give encounter with the following Costune Pokémon: Pikachu, VUlpix, Gengar, Piplup, Drifblim, Froakie, Pumpkaboo and Rowlet

It will also give out the move Rage Fist to Annihilape. You will be able to purchase a ticket to receive Special Research .
The Community Day runs at 2pm to 5pm in each local time zone

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This is the Magnetic Study event and is due to run from October 15th at 00:00 to October 17th at 23:59 local time and has increased chances at getting Shiny Magnemite, Plusle and Minun
Magnetic Lure Modules will spawn event themed Pokémon
October 15th has 2* Catch Experience, October 16th has 50% more Raid Experiencce and October 17th has 2* Catch Stardust
There will be new Timed Research each day. Day 1 gives Plusle, 5000 XP and 2,500 Stardust. Day 2 gives Magnemite and a Magnetic Lure Module and Day 3 gives Minun, 5000 XP and 2,500 Stardust

Niantic have announced that Pikachu Rock Star and Pikachu Pop Star will make a return during the Pokémon GO Wild Area event with both the Fukuoka live event and the Global event. With this, you will be able to get them in the Shiny variants as well
Alongside this, a special Snorlax in a studded jacket will also be available during the event, also with its Shiny variant available

The Pokémon Company have revealed event more cards for the next set in Japan, Super Electric Breaker which releases in two weeks. These cards include the first Illustration Rare and Special Illustration Rare cards added into this set.

Niantic have announced details for the coming Pokémon GO Wild Area events. This is a new style event coming in November where there's a live event in Fukuoka followed by a Global event a week later. This event will introduce Toxtricity into the game alongside the GO Safari Ball. The GO Safari Ball makes catching Pokémon easier
Toxtricity will be in the game with this event, including Shiny Toxtricity and Dynamax Toxtricity
A new kind of Pokémon known as "Mighty Pokémon" may appear. These Pokémon are harder to catch but more likely to have high stats, be XL or XXL

Origin Forme Dialga & Palkia will return to raids during the event
Alolan Geodude, Magnemite, Voltorb, Hisuian Voltorb, Electabuzz, Electrike, Shinx, Blitzle, Joltik, Tynamo, Stunfisk and Helioptile will appear in Electric spawns

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet's Ranked Battle Season 23 has begun. This season is the second season that runs Regulation H ruleset that prevents use of any Special Pokémon including Legendary and Paradox Pokémon. This season will run until October 31st at 23:59 UTC
Alongside this, as Season 22 is now over, the rewards are able to be collected for all players

A new trainer has been added to Pokémon Masters EX's Trainer Lodge. From now on, if you have obtained Lear & Hoopa already, you have the ability to invite Lear into the Trainer Lodge and befriend hiher. If you get the Friendship Level to 100, you will now be able to get the new Sync Pair, Lear & Krookodile. We have updated our Trainer Lodge Topics page to include the points each topic will give you when you speak to Lear
Alongside this, a new Poké Fair Scout is now live allowing you to get the sync pair of Lear & Hoopa. This runs until October 1st 2024
In addition to this, a new Sync Pair has been added to the Damage Challenge Exchange, Barry & Floatzel
Alongside this, a new Daily Battle, the Happy Prize Box has gone live. This event resets monthly and provides coins to get exclusive rewards
Finally, some new Secret Titles have been added for players to unlock
