Another new location has been announced for the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Shiny Koraidon & Miraidon distribution. This distribution is available at GameLife stores in Italy from today until October 15th 2025. To get it, you need to take your Nintendo Switch into the store and show that you have Pokémon Scarlet and/or Pokémon Violet on your Switch. You will then be given a code.

The "Perrin and the Diamond Clan" Story Event has begun a run in Pokémon Masters EX. This event focuses on Arezu & Mai appearing on Pasio, alongside Perrin. It runs until October 18th 2025.

The next 7 Star Tera Raid Battle event has been announced for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. This event will feature a battle against a Roaring Moon with the Dragon Tera Type for Pokémon Scarlet and Iron Valiant with the Fairy Tera Type in Pokémon Violet. Both have the Mightiest Mark. It can only be caught once per save file.
Alongside this, Pokémon Scarlet players will have Great Tusk, Scream Tail, Brute Bonnet, Flutter Mane, Slither Wing, and Sandy Shocks in 5 Star Raids and Pokémon Violet players will have Iron Treads, Iron Bundle, Iron Hands, Iron Jugulis, Iron Moth, and Iron Thorns in 5 Star raids

Due to a clash with international online competitions, specifically the Grand Challenge II, the registration for the Terastal Crescendo competition has been postponed. If you previously registered, you will need to register again when it opens
Registration is open from 00:00 UTC on October 6th through October 12th at 23:59 UTC while battles run from 00:00 UTC on October 10th to 23:59 UTC on October 12th.
This competition also gives 300 Dragon Tera Shards, 300 Fighting Tera Shards, 300 Electric Tera Shards and a Master Ball to all players who complete 1 or more battle

Pokémon GO - Raid Day
The newest Mega Evolution focused Raid Day is rolling out in Pokémon GO. For three hours in each region, Mega Camerupt will appear in Raids on each Gym in the area, adding Mega Camerupt into the game.
With this, you will get up to 5 extra Raid Passes from Gyms and can participate in up to 20 Remote Raid a day. You will also have a higher chance of finding shiny Camerupt after completion of the raid.
A paid ticket is also available that gives increased experience as well as another 8 additional free Raid Passes from Gyms.
It runs from 2pm to 5pm in your local time.

Final Strength gains from dishes will also be boosted by 25%, and Mini Candy Boost will be available

Pokémon x Natural History Museum
A special collaboration between Pokémon and the Natural History Museum in London, England has been announced. From January 26th through March 22nd 2026, the Cranbourne Boutique in the museum will be taken over by Pokémon for a special pop-up shop
This pop-up shop will have a number of exclusively designed products including clothing, stationery, accessories, prints and this exclusive plush. It has been said that design inspiration comes from the museum's architecture and the sketches that fill its archives.
Entry to the pop-up store requires a pre-registered free ticket with tickets being available on the Natural History Museum website from October 1st 2025
In addition to that, items from this shop's range will be available on the online Natural History Museum shop. All profits from the pop-up shop and online store support the museum's charitable mission.
A select range of items will also be available on Pokémon Center UK store at some point.

Following the announcement of the Shiny Koraidon & Miraidon distribution for Japan, South Korea, United States, Canada and Australia, it has now been confirmed that Europe will also be getting this distribution.
The first announced is for France. If you go to Micromania Zing stores from September 26th through October 15th 2025. You will need to show your Nintendo Switch and the Home Menu for Pokémon Scarlet or Violet to get the code

Applin needs 200 Applin Candy and 20 Syrupy Apples to evolve to Dipplin
Dipplin then needs 400 Applin Candy and catching 7 Dragon-type Pokémon with Dipplin as your buddy to evolve into Hydrapple
There will be 2* Catch Candy for catching Pokémon with Pinap Berries and Silver Pinap Berries
There will be increased chance to encounter Shiny Pumpkaboo and Shiny Smoliv
Miltank, Combee, Smoliv, Applin and more will spawn in the wild
There will be paid Timed Research to get 30 Silver Pinap Berries, 3 Mossy Lure Modules, encounters with Applin and more. Purchasing the ticket also increases chance to receive Berries from a PokéStop and 2* Mossy Lure Module Duration
There will be Collection Challenges to get Mossy Lure Module, Stardust, Syrupy Apples and encounters with Applin

A special Pokémon TCG Pocket experience has been announced. On September 30th and October 1st at the Boscolo Circo Massimo in Rome, a special celebration of artworks in a gallery themed like three Pokémon habitats will be held. This event features on site activities including a scavenger hunt, a photo opportunity with booster pack arts and comments from the artists of the in-app cards. Access is available via a free ticket
In addition to that, the Pokémon TCG Mega Evolution Experience & TCG Pocket 1st Anniversary museum, which was revealed for the UK on Friday, will be available in the following locations:

Pokémon Masters EX - Academy Event
The "Pasio Academy Opening" Academy Event has begun a run in Pokémon Masters EX. This event is the first Academy Event where you get given a Sync Pair, in this case Rosa & Deerling (Summer Form), a new variant of Rosa, and have to battle through stages to earn Orbs in order to power them up. It runs until October 10th
To tie in with that, a Poké Fair Scout is available to get the Sync Pair of Lacey & Granbull. A second Costume Scout is also live to get Rei (Academy) & Hisuian Braviary.

The Pokémon Company have fully revealed all standard cards for the next Japanese Pokémon TCG set, Inferno X, the second set of the Pokémon TCG MEGA series. This set focuses on Mega Charizard X and has several other Mega Evolution cards. All 80 standard cards have been revealed.

Alongside this, a special Pokémon TCG Pocket 1st Anniversary museum will be available in the same location. This includes a stamp rally to get a code for 24 Pack Hourglasses and will have a digital mural showing card artwork. PokémonXP and the Pokémon World Championships 2026 are a dual event scheduled for August 28th-30th 2026. Originally, registration for Multi-Day passes was to open this Wednesday but it has been confirmed that registration has been delayed. Currently it's unclear when the registration will open but we'll provide full details soon.
Multi-Day passes will be $120 for adults and $70 for under 18s, or $150 for adults and $90 for under 18s if you want the Multi-Day Pass with access to the arena

A new event has been announced for Mexico. From September 20th through September 26th a special event focused around Hawlucha will run to celebrate Mega Hawlucha in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. First, a Timed Research will be available where you choose between Blanche or Cliff. The Blanche path gives Makuhita, Scraggy and Stufful as well as TMs while the Cliff path gives Machop, Croagunk and Timburr as well as TMs
There will be Field Research and Collection Challenges that offers an encounter with Hawlucha
Incense will last twice as long, Hawlucha will be available in Snapshots and Hawlucha will spawn more in the wild during this event
During the special Lucha Libre match heosted by The Pokémon Company on September 25th, there will also be a Timed Research where you pick between Machamp and Hawlucha to get encounters with that Pokémon as well as Stardust and Mega Energy for Heracross, Blaziken, Medicham and Lucario
During the arena you will also get increased catch chance, lower Stardust cost for trades, 2 hour Lure Modules and special Hawlucha stickers from PokéStops. Machamp and Hawlucha will also be in 3 Star Raids during the event

Registration for Spectators and Competitors opens on September 23rd at 19:00 BRT on the official site, with Wave 2 for competitors coming on September 24th at 09:00 BRT. All competitors will get a Welcome Kit featuring Mega Venusaur

The newest Mega Evolution focused Raid Day is rolling out in Pokémon GO. For three hours in each region, Mega Sharpedo will appear in Raids on each Gym in the area, adding Mega Sharpedo into the game.
With this, you will get up to 5 extra Raid Passes from Gyms and can participate in up to 20 Remote Raid a day. You will also have a higher chance of finding shiny Sharpedo after completion of the raid.
A paid ticket is also available that gives increased experience as well as another 8 additional free Raid Passes from Gyms.
It runs from 2pm to 5pm in your local time.

Battles for the next Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Online Competition have begun. This is the Grand Challenge I competition and is the first online competition of the season that give players a chance to earn Championship Points towards their 2026 Pokémon World Championships invite. This competition runs Regulation H rules
Battles will run until 23:59 UTC on September 7th 2025 with players able to battle 15 times a day.
This competition also gives 100,000 League Points, a Gold Bottle Cap and an Ability Patch to all players who complete 3 or more battles

Pokémon UNITE has received a update which adds a variety of things to the game.
First, the Pokémon Pawmot is now available to obtain, alongside its Concert Style Holowear.

Alongside this, various other changes have been implemented in the game, alongside a Balance Patch.
First, Mewtwo X & Mewtwo Y have both been adjusted, giving them a rebalance and making it so you can only use two Hold Items with them at once, with one of the slots being taken up by their Mega Stones
The stage Theia Sky Ruins has been adjusted with different spawns including Groudon replacing Rayquaza as the final wild Pokémon boss to face in the stage

Further details have been given for the Pokémon Mega Evolution Paris event that runs from September 13th to 14th. This event runs at Westfield, Forum Des Halles in Paris, France from 10am to 8pm and features a variety of bonuses in addition to the Pokémon GO Stamp Rally
A playable demo for Pokémon Legends: Z-A will be available. This is the same demo that was at Pokémon World Championships, Gamescom and PAX West
There will be a Lumiose City Tourism Hub which features an experience to learn about Mega Evolution and take part in activities
Pikachu and Eevee will be available to meet at Westfield at 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 6pm

Pokémon UNITE
It has been confirmed that Pokémon UNITE is to add Mega Evolution to existing Pokémon starting on October 3rd. On October 3rd, Mega Lucario will be added to the game with Mega Charizard X coming three weeks later on October 24th. Following that, two more Mega Evolved Pokémon will be added to the game by the end of 2025. We'll provide more details as they come.

The new Pokémon Sleep patch has been announced. Following maintenance on Thursday September 4th from 04:30 UTC to 09:00 UTC, a new update will go live. This update will prepare for next week's Raikou, Entei and Suicune Research event and provide more changes
Sleep Point Exchanges will be adjusted from October 1st
You will be able to get a total of 15 Handy Candy S a month
Cost for Handy Candy S reduces from 160 Points to 140 Points
Cost for Dream Cluster M reduces from 700 Points to 600 Points
Braviary & Mimikyu's Main Skill chance will increase

Further details have been given for the Pokémon GO Mega Evolution Paris event set to run next week on September 13th and 14th, specifically the Stamp Rally. This Stamp Rally will have you collect seven stamps across Paris, specifically in the following areas

Les Halles
Jardin des Tuileries
This event also has unique stickers and will help you evolve your Charmander all the way up to Mega Charizard as you collect unique stamps across the way

The latest Tera Raid Battle event is now live in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. This is the special Raid event which offers 5 Star Raid Battles against Shiny Chi-Yu with the Fire Tera Type. It cannot be captured but if it's defeated over 1 million times before it ends, then Shiny Chi-Yu will be distributed to all players from September 19th 2025.
This event runs until September 14th 2025 at 23:59 UTC

The latest Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Mass Outbreak event has begun. This event causes Mass Outbreaks of Charcadet in Paldea, Vulpix in Kitakami and Numel in the Blueberry Academy; all these Pokémon have got an increased chance of being shiny. This runs until September 14th 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

The next Pokémon GO event has been announced. This is the Psychic Spectacular: Taken Over event and is due to run from September 16th at 10:00 to September 21st at 20:00 local time and adds Indeedee and Shadow Tornadus into the game
This event gives additional candy for Nice Throws or better, has 50% Incubator Distance, has you able to change Frustration on Shadow Pokémon and Lunatone & Solrock will spawn in all regions
Abra, Lunatone, Solrock and Beldum will spawn in the wild, among others
Smoochum, Chingling, Espurr and Indeedee will be in 5km Eggs. Indeedee will be able to be Shiny
Alolan Raichu, Hisuian Braviary and Wyrdeer will be in 3 Star Raids
Giovanni will have Shadow Tornadus from this event and can be accessed through a Super Rocket Radar in Special Research
Shadow Qwilfish, Swablu, Baltoy and Deino will be available
There will be paid Timed Research to get 2 Premium Battle Passes, a Super Rocket Radar and encounters with event Pokémon

The Pokémon GO Pass: August has started rolling out.. This will run from September 2nd at 10:00 local time through October 5th 2025. As before, a free track is available for all players who gain access, or you can purchase to get even more rewards
The Pass will include encounters with Pokémon like Cobalion, as well as Stardust, Candy, Poké Balls, and if you purchase then you'll get a new Timed Incubator.

From now on, if you have obtained Carmine & Sinistcha already, you have the ability to invite Lusamine into the Trainer Lodge to befriend. If you get the Friendship Level to 100, you will now be able to get the new Sync Pair, Carmine & Swadloon. We have updated our Trainer Lodge Topics page to include the points each topic will give you when you speak to Carmine
A new Mix Scout which allows for you to get the newly added Sync Pair of Barry & Infernape.
