The Pokémon Company have revealed the next Japanese Pokémon TCG set. This set is Battle Partners, the latest main set in the series, and re-introduces Trainer's Pokémon into the game. This set is due for release in Japan on January 24th 2025

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO Community Day on January 5th 2025 will focus on Sprigatito, introducing its Shiny into the game. This event will 3* Catch Stardust, 2* Catch Candy and double the chance to get XL Candy as well as 3 hours Incense and Lure Modules.
It will also give out the move Frenzy Plant to Meowscarada, as well as the move Flower Trick. You will be able to purchase a ticket to receive Special Research.

A new short animated web series has been announced. This series is based on the Monpoké line, a merchandise line aimed at the younger Pokémon players and has been going on for years. The series will have 10 episodes all of around 5 minutes in length.

The latest Raid Day is rolling out in Pokémon GO. For three hours in each region, Dusk Mane Necrozma & Dawn Wings Necrozma will appear in Raids on each Gym in the area.
With this, you will get up to 5 extra Raid Passes from Gyms and can participate in up to 20 Remote Raid a day. You will also have a higher chance of finding shiny Necrozma after completion of the raid
A paid ticket is also available that gives increased experience as well as another 8 additional free Raid Passes from Gyms.

The latest set for Pokémon TCG Pocket has been officially revealed. This set is called Mythical Island and will release on December 17th 2024 and is a Themed Booster Pack. It will feature new Solo battles as well as over 80 new cards including Mew ex, Aerodactyl ex, Celebi ex and more.
There will also be new cosmetic items in the game including binders and display boards. There will also be a special bonus gift of 12 Pack Hourglasses each day on December 17th, 18th and 19th

There will be 2* Catch Experience, Catch candy and Catch Stardust alongside 50% Incubator Distance.
During 14:00 to 17:00, Bellsprout, Chansey, Goomy, Rowlet, Litten & Bounsweet will spawn on December 21st while Mankey, Ponyta, Galarian Ponyta, Sewaddle, Tnamo and Popplio will spawn on December 22nd. This will have increased shiny chance during this time. They will all spawn in the rest of the weekend with the standard shiny rate

Pokémon GO has launched a new Reward Road in the game shop. This will have you earn points through purchase which are then weighed against the reward road which resets every month. Currently there are 10 different levels:
5 Points: Team Rocket Admin Stickers
50 Points; 1 Premium Battle Pass
100 Points: 1 Incense, 2 Stickers
225 Points: 1 Lucky Egg & 1 Star Piece
475 Points: 2 Lure Module, 3 Sticker & 5 Sticker
750 Points: 2 Egg Incubators, 2 Incense and 2 Stickers
1100 Points: 4 Premium battle Pass, 3 Max Revive and 3 Max Potion
1500 Points; 4 Egg Incubators, 3 Lucky Egg & 3 Golden Razz Berry
2000 Points: 4 Premium Battle Pass & 4 Egg Incubators
3000 Points: 6 Premium Battle Passes, 6 Egg Incubators and 6 Stickers
Reward Points are obtained with eligible purchases made using currency and not by exchanges using PokéCoins. They expire each month, not carrying over and any unclaimed Points at the start of the month will be lost. You get 30 Points with the Eggs-pedition Ticket for the month

The next Pokémon GO event is rolling out in Asia Pacific regions. This event is the Just My Cup of Tea event which introduces Sinistea & Polteageist into the game. It runs from 10:00 local time on December 3rd through 20:00 local time on December 7th.

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This is the Young & Wise event and is due to run from December 10th at 10:00 to December 14th at 20:00 local time
You will get 2* Egg Hatch Experience and 2* Raid Battle Experience
Shinx, Scraggy, Tyrunt, Phantump and Jangmo-o will be in 1 Star Raids
Alakazam, Oranguru, Drampa and Wyrdeer will be in 3 Star Raids
Togepi, Tyrogue, Smoochum, Bonsly, Happiny and Munchlax will be in 2km Eggs
There will be event exclusive Field Research to get encounters with event Pokémon
There will be event themed Collection Challenges

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet's Ranked Battle Season 25 has begun. This season is the second season that runs Regulation H ruleset that prevents use of any Special Pokémon including Legendary and Paradox Pokémon. This season will run until January 5th at 23:59 UTC
Alongside this, as Season 24 is now over, the rewards are able to be collected for all players

Pokémon TCG Pocket has started its new monthly run of Subscription Missions for players with the paid subscription. With this, the shop has updated with new Coins, Playmats, Sleeves, Display Boards & Binders featuring Pikachu
Alongside this, a new mission is live that will give players with the subscription the Mewtwo Promo

A new trainer has been added to Pokémon Masters EX's Trainer Lodge. From now on, if you have obtained Arven & Mabosstiff already, you have the ability to invite Arven into the Trainer Lodge and befriend him. If you get the Friendship Level to 100, you will now be able to get the new Sync Pair, Arven & Nacli. We have updated our Trainer Lodge Topics page to include the points each topic will give you when you speak to Shauna
Alongside this, a new Poké Fair Scout is now live allowing you to get the sync pair of Gloria & Zacian. This runs until January 1st 2025. In addition to that, a new Poké Fair Scout is live to get the Sync Pair of Arven & Mabosstiff
In addition to this, a new Sync Pair has been added to the Damage Challenge Exchange, Cheren & Liepard
Finally, some new Secret Titles have been added for players to unlock
