Pokémon Masters EX has released two new Scouts for the New Year. This features the return of the Sync Pairs Red (Thunderbolt) & Pikachu and Cynthia (Aura) & Lucario. This adds the EX Roles to each of the Sync Pairs. These both run until February 1st 2024
In addition to that, three paid Select Scouts are also running giving you 15 Sync Pairs for 5000 Gems

A new wave of the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Hidden Treasure of Area Zero icons is now live for Nintendo Switch Online Subscribers. This allows for players to purchase icons and borders to use as their icons. Wave 4 includes multiple new icon parts including Lacey, Crispin, Amarys and Drayton, alongside the return of Rika, Poppy, Larry and Hassel. These are available for one week until January 5th
Alongside this, the Detective Pikachu Returns icons have made a return. They will run for 48 hours until the end of December 30ths 2023 and then run again on January 5th through 6th

This series is a stop motion animated series following the exploits fo Haru as she goes to work at a Pokémon Resort and befriends many of the Pokémon she finds there. Registration is open from 00:00 UTC on January 4th - 14th at 23:59 UTC while battles run from 00:00 UTC on January 12th - 14th.
This competition also gives 10,000 League Points to all players who complete 3 or more battles

Following its reveal at the start of the month, now that The Indigo Disk is out, we have full details on the legality list for Pokémon in Regulation F. As expected, Pokemon in the Blueberry Pokédex are added into the fold as well as all other returning Pokémon excluding Restricted Legendary and Mythical being added. The new Paradox Pokémon are also allowed.
This Regulation will run from January 4th 2024 through April 30th 2024 in live events and on Ranked Battle

A new distribution has been announced for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. As an apology for TM223 requiring materials only available in one version of the game, 10 TM223 (Metal Sound) will be distributed from December 26th 2023 through Mystery Gift -> Receive Via Internet. It will be available until Version 3.0.1 releases which will resolve the oversight

Some new bugs and oversights have been acknowleged in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. First, if you level up Inkay using Candy under Level 30 the game will stop receiving input. In addition to that, TM223 is requiring Shieldon parts despite Shieldon not being available in Pokémon Scarlet. As such, this will be adjusted. This will be fixed in a patch due out in late January

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO Community Day on January 6th will focus on Rowlet, introducing Shiny Rowlet into the game. This event will 3* Catch Stardust, 2* Catch Experience and double the chance to get XL Candy as well as 3 hours Incense and Lure Modules.
It will also give out the movs Frenzy Plant to Decidueye, as well as adding Spirit Shackle to its movepool. You will be able to purchase a ticket to receive Special Research .
The Community Day runs at 2pm to 5pm in each local time zone

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This event is the Winter Holiday Part 2 event and is due to run from December 25th at 10:00 to December 31st at 20:00 local time and adds Shiny Vanilliteinto the game
Pikachu, Alolan Vulpix, Psyduck, Seel, Eevee, Swinub, Delibird, Snorunt, Spheal, Galarian Darumaka, Vanillite, Cubchoo, Cryogonal, Cetoddle, Sneasel, Piloswine and Amaura will be in the wild
Pikachu, Alolan Vulpix, Crabrawler, Cetoddle will be in 1 Star Raids
Dewgong, Lapras, Delibird and Glaceon will be in 3 star raids

The Pokémon Company have set up a new company, PokéPark Kanto Limited which will operate a special business, PokéPark Kanto as part of the YomiruiLand are of Tokyo to create a space where Pokémon fans from all over the world can gather and experience Pokémon in a lush natural environment and have fun together through various events.
This follows on from a collaboration in 2021 between The Pokémon Company and Yomiuri Land to create the Pokémon Wonder attraction, where you could explore the areas and find various Pokémon dotted throughout the forest as wood carvings and more. Currently the scope of PokéPark Kanto is not known.

Following the news drop yesterday, some more Japanese previews by outlets including Famitsu and DenFamiNicoGamer have been released for The Indigo Disk which contain a variety of clarifications for features
With Blueberry Points earned through Blueberry Quests you can get support for a variety of elements in the League Club. One such example is using 3,000 BP to increase the amount of Pokémon that appear in specific areas of the Terarium
You will be able to invite 23 people to the League Club and it will cost BP to do it
The Synchro Machine can be used with any Pokémon in the game, including flying Pokémon to the point that if you go off a ledge as a flying Pokémon, the Pokémon will remain in flight and not fall down.
Legendary Pokémon such as Rayquaza appear at Level 70 and the music matches their appearance in prior games, such as Rayquaza having the theme Battle! Super Ancient Pokémon

The latest Tera Raid Battle event is now live in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. This is the Dialga & Palkia Spotlight event. This event has Dialga appearing in 5 Star Raid Battles in Scarlet and Palkia appearing in Violet. Both Pokémon have the Dragon Tera Type and players can only catch one of each Legendary Pokémon from raids per save file

The latest news for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Hidden Treasures of Area Zero DLC has been released. We're currently compiling all details so keep checking back
Once players progress far enough in their adventure in The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Part 2: The Indigo Disk, they’ll be able to use a device called the Synchro Machine to see the world through the eyes of their Pokémon. While synchronized with one of their Pokémon, they’ll be able to move around and battle wild Pokémon—a fresh new way to play the game. It appears that this device is still a prototype. Players will be able to use it once they’ve helped a scientist in the Terarium with her research.
Players will also be able to get permanent powers of flight with Koraidon and Miraidon as they complete more of the DLC
You can find Legendary Pokémon by completing Blueberry Quests and earning Snacks from Snacksworth to gain encounters back in Paldea
Blueberry Quests are tasks assigned to you from students and help you earn Blueberry Points. These include catching Pokémon, battling, taking photos and more.
After talking with coaches, you can trade Pokémon with them that will have a special Ribbon, the Partner Ribbon which has a title containing the name of the original trainer such as Iono
You can change your Throwing Style by exchanging Blueberry Points in the Academy Club

Alongside this, the annual Holiday event is now live which features the return of the Pumpkin Battle Mode

Pokémon Sleep
The next Pokémon Sleep event has been annopunced. This is the Holiday event and runs from December 18th through December 24th and features a variety of bonuses. It will only run on Greengrass Isle
It will feature Double Dream Shards through sleep research and a Candy Boost which doubles the effect of candy but only if you use more Dream Shards.
Snorlax in Greengrass Isle will also have Rawst Berries as their favourite Berry and you'll meet Pokémon of different sleep types than normal
The event also introduces Snover, Abomasnow and Delibird as well as Pikachu in a festive hat
Missions will run to get you up to 60 Pikachu Candy.
Going to sleep on the final day will also get you 1,225 Sleep Points

Pokémon UNITE has received a small update which has given a variety of updates.
First, the implementation of the EX Licenses is now live for Zacian, Mewtwo (X) & Mewtwo (Y). This means they'll be prevented from use in Ranked Battle from next month's season and have restrictions in various game modes
Two new Hold Items are now available to purchase, the Charging Charm and the Resonant Guard
Finally, the new Battle Pass is now live. This Battle Pass allows players to get a variety of Dark Lord Style items as well as new Holowear, the Dark Lord Style for Mewtwo and the Dark Magician Style for Sableye
A new Balance Patch has also gone live, adjusting values for over a dozen Pokémon. We have adjusted our section accordingly

During the event, you'll have increased chances to get Shiny Snorunt, Cryogonal & Bergmite
There is a 2* Experience bonus for successful catches with Nice, Great or Curveball Throws
Snorunt and Bergmite will appear in the wild
There will be Field Research to get Cryogonal based on Poké Ball throwing
There will be Timed Research to get 40 Cryogonal encounters
There will also be additional paid Timed Research to get 40 more Cryogonal encouners

The Pokémon GO Raid Day is rolling out globally. For three hours in each region, Hisuian Samurott will appear in Raids on each Gym in the area, adding Hisuian Samurott into the game. With this, you will get up to 5 extra Raid Passes from Gyms and can participate in up to 20 Remote Raid a day. All Raid Battles will have an increased chance of giving a shiny Samurott
A paid ticket is also available that gives increased experience as well as another 8 additional free Raid Passes from Gyms as well as extra Experience and rewards from the raids.

Pokémon UNITE has put out a producer letter detailing some changes that are coming to the game soon
Starting December 5th, EX Licenses will be a new classification for Zacian, Mewtwo X and Mewtwo Y where, starting in Ranked Season 17 you will not be able to use Pokémon with EX Licenses and you'll be able to have similar restrictions in regulations as timegoes one
Draft Pick battles will be introduced to Ranked starting February 27th allowing both teams to select a Pokémon to ban and then players choose their Pokémon with no repeats, akin to how the tournaments in the Championship Series run
On December 5th, two new hold items will be added, the Charging Charm and the Resonant Guard. More details will come next week on these

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet's Ranked Battle Regulation F has been officially announced. This Regulation Ruleset will run from January 4th 2024 through to April 30th 2024 and adds the ability to use any Pokémon available in Scarlet & Violet including the Pokémon added in The Indigo Disk. This includes Pokémon transferred through Pokémon HOME. A full list of available Pokémon will be given on December 25 but Restricted Legendary Pokémon and Mythical Pokémon are still unable to be used

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This event is the Adamant Timeevent and is due to run from December 11th at 10:00 to December 15th at 20:00 local time and focuses on Kanto Pokémon
Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Vulpix, Oddish, Ponyta, Krabby, Voltorb, Koffing, Rhyhorn, Goldeen and Dratini will be in the wild
Playters will get 3* catch experience
The total number of guaranteed Lucky Trades will increase to 25 and Pokémon that have been in storage since 2018 will be guaranteed to become Lucky when traded
Ditto will spawn as Oddish, Koffing, Rhyhorn or Goldeen
Staryu, Omanyte, Kabuto will be in 1 Star Raids
Chansey, Scyther and Snorlax will be in 3 Star Raids
A Catch Up timed Research will be available focusing on catching up with Experience and Levelling up, to earn items and Stardust
A Catch a Friend Timed Research focusing on adding friends will also be available throughout the event to get experience, Stardust and Ultra Balls
Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Vulpix, Abra, Machop, Geodude, Ponyta, Gastly, Krabby, Voltorb will be in Field Research
A Special Research story, Timeless Travels, will start with this event to uncover the legends of Hisui

From now on, if you have obtained Jasmine & Steelix already, you have the ability to invite Jasmine into the Trainer Lodge and befriend her. If you get the Friendship Level to 100, you will now be able to get the new Sync Pair, Jasmine & Magnemite. We have updated our Trainer Lodge Topics page to include the points each topic will give you when you speak to Jasmine
Alongside this, a new Poké Fair Scout is now live allowing you to get the sync pair of Marnie & Morpeko. This runs until January 1st 2024
