Biography
Horace was a child that Goh met while on holiday in Johto. Horace's goal is to meet the Mythical Pokémon, Celebi and he bonded with Goh due to Goh's similar goal for Mew. However, he ended up missing a planned meet up with Goh causing Goh to be upset. Years later, they met again in Ilex Forest after both had become Pokémon Trainers. Horace is trying to enter Project Mew
